They need to seriously nerf parry for the 3rd game.

They are soooooo bad in this game.

Literally all the striking game is people waiting to parry and counter with a unblockable front kick to the face or a power punch.

It's so unrealistic and mind numbing at the moment it really makes me hate this game.

you can normally slip head strikes after a parry. I don't like that you can parry while camping on block. It's currently too easy to parry since you can camp on block and then just hit strike button when you want.

how many of those people parry anything other than head strikes effectively?

I think I've only matched up against one dude that shut down everything with parries. I find backdash incredibly more frustrating. Even when I win those fights I feel like I lost bad.

The exact kind of thinking that ruins these games. Who cares how effective people are with it? Are they playing realistically? Can we work on a way to eliminate the parry sitting, as well as keeping the parry. I think the only way is for the 4 way parry. I personally want it gone completely in place for sways and steps, as well as possibly adding strike catching instead of parries. That worked much better. All these little extra added dangers made the Undisputed games great. The balance made up for everything else that was ****. Which was a lot.

That is my dream for UFC 3. This is how I play in UFC 2, I don't parry at all and if I do it might be because they are just going for 1 part of my body over and over.

You can't remove parry from a combat sports game. It just needs some major alterations so people stop using it like they're playing Assassin's Creed, and that includes the AI.
