Strikes in UFC 2 that drop you but you were never rocked?

Has anyone else notice this issue, maybe it's me and I'm now just paying attention, but there are times when people will hit me with a punch or kick and I will fall to the ground like I've been rocked but my body or head is not red.

It almost looks like you been tripped, but your not. Jus a few mins ago someone dropped me with a 1-2 hook combo to the body and then head kicked me and I fell to the ground like my body gave out but nothing was red or flashing. Also I was facing a Luke Rockhold user who would just make my body collapse from a single leg kick that wasn't blocked. It's been happening a lot over the last few days.

Ya that's it. There's also a few different body kicks and leg kicks that drop you but with no flash or even make your head red. Very weird.

Worst part is this guy ends up quitting on me, so I can't even tell if it actually counted as a knockdown or not...

Maybe you will run into the leg kick that drops you like you been shot when you don't block. This one happens a lot with fast leg kickers. Your leg won't even be red but you keep falling over.
