In ufc 2 Rampage was meh compared to Chuck.

Ben signed early February and the game came out mid-March. Typically a game is finalized a month before release so it was likely too late to remove him.

Lesnar and Hill were in the version of the game I saw in December 2015 but were removed right after.

Rampage hasn’t used those abilities In years so I don’t know about that. We shouldnt really base stats for an active fighter off of the Pride years

Dan Hendo and Rashad Evans have Power takedowns and power slams in Ea Ufc2 However they didnt used those abilities for years. And it's going to annoy who if he has sambo clinic and the projections that go with.
Rampage has a legend kit. He didnt slamed opponents for years but he still know how to do.

Rampage only had a legend kit because he never fought under Reebok. Same went with Cro Cop and Sonnen. They werent rated as legends. They were rated as the current fighter they are.

Also you seem to be talking about movesets and not attributes/abilities. I dont care if Rampage has power tds or slams but they shouldnt be rated particularly high given that he has only 3 takedowns in his fights since 2009.
