EA UFC 3 Championship Edition

I've been in contact with my local game store and with a few of my friends around Europe, and all said the same: the Championship Edition is not (yet) available for pre-order while the normal edition is. Will there be no physical copy available for Europe? I'm not to keen in having to buy a digital-only copy just to get the DLC included. Will I have to order the US edition to get it?

20$ or 20€ more for pre-ordered microtransactions...

Just Don't support this crap, they simply need to be expelled out of AAA games...

Even if EA's UFC 2 & (most likely) 3 happen to be the only games where microtransactions don't affect the core gameplay directly (the core modes outside of UT) it's still a problem and we need to vote with our wallets on this one.

I don’t really care about the added bonuses (they are nice though), I want it mainly because of the awesome cover and having access to it three days early. Gonna wait until just before release and if my local game store doesn’t have the physical copy then I’ll get it through UFC 2 for the extra 10% off. Speaking of that discount, how long does it last?

I normally don't pre-order either, especially when it comes to EA (like those 700k downvotes on Reddit about Star Wars Battlefront II shenanigans) but I do want those 3 days early lol

Digitally it's cheaper for Champion edition with more then 10% if you have EA Access.

That's true to be specific EA Access is only on Xbox. PS4 doesn't have access to that app yet.

Any updates on this? I am in Australia and wish to pre-order the retail version of the Champions edition. Can anyone answer this factually? I've asked my local EB Games and the chick had no idea. Just said a standard version is available for pre-order.

I just don't wanna go ahead and pre-order the digital version only for the retail one to become available!
