It's been completely re-implemented, so if there are problems with it they will be new.

How it worked in UFC 2 is not really relevant anymore.

So far it seems pretty solid.

the beta will expose some holes hopefully. Will there be enough time for major changes to make it in the retail version or just minor?

Depends on your definition of major and minor.

But there's time to do some stuff.

So that seems a liver body punch is possible during an opponent back sway, in Ea Ufc 2, body punch can be dodge with a back sway.

I don't care what you have to say about it, ufc 2 now is 100000x better than it was day one and that is thanks to thr patches and dev team for listening to community feedback

Still no answer about head movement generically slipping shots just because of the game mechanics, or if you have to sway correctly ? Seems as no answer ,,, answers my question ,,,, just more gimmick laden gameplay.
