Re: sways need fixed

Out pf all thw things that should require effort sways should not be one of them. Having them work off a pre timed sequence limits true countering. Its impossible to just react and counter. Wed of been happy woth new fighters and no parriez and increased damage. The defense is HORRIBLE on this game. Shame on the devs for thinking its a good idea to have sways tied to input delay. The best time to sway is when it happens

You’re just not very good. You should definitely be able to get hit while leaning back. Sways are based on timing now now just arbitrarily holding it in one direction.

Or you're just not good at performing proper sways? I think that's it.

You guys are talking about the sways in UFC 2 being better. You do know if you stand still you can still sway like you did in UFC 2 right? Its still there, you don't have to be moving to sway.

it's not just sway... has to be the right sway in the right distance... it works fine to me it's hard to sway against connor and diaz causes the 1-2-1-2 it's really fast ... but if u sway and counter after ... u will stop their attack

Re: sways need fixed

Y'all can say what u want but the sways need work

EA UFC 2 swaying was a lot better defensively, you had more options to sway successfully even facing difficult players. more distance needed in sway. Also, is there lagging on sway or punches?

Lmao the only thing I think of when people say that UFC 2 sways were better, are those cheesy bastards who just spam or hold nothing but back sway. Sorry ya bums, no magic back sway and parries for you guys. Time to be good and learn some real skills. This is THE BEST stand up and defense in an MMA game to date. GameplayDev deserves a raise. He knocked it out of the park with this game.

Re: sways need fixed

i moved my head in all directions sways are useless and we cant block and sway either. frame advantage a fiction fighting game concept is more important in this game than proper defense. the overhand is almost impossible to sway. the striking is great the defense needs work
