There was also no KO replay involved. The fight wasn't over. I simply busted his leg up and he quit.

You guys play the earlier the games? People quitting is just a fact of life. It happens all the time.


If you are awarded a loss when your opponent quits that must be a glitch, unless this go around EA is giving both fighters a loss after a disconnect.

In ranked there might be points penalty for quitting. Of course if your opponents quit a lot you seem to get a penalty modifier for some reason in the older games.

I've owned all prior games. So far from what I'm seeing in the beta, the match is just lost and no one is awarded or given a win/loss... This is why I asked.

In the last game there was a glitch where opponent could quit and you'd get a loss. Maybe EA changed things because of that.

Your opponent definitely should have been given a loss, if not players would quit every fight they are losing.
