That’s why I’m not saying completely nerd ngannou’s stamina just definitely drop it to 86-87 he threw haymakers all round 1 missed a lot got taken down and drained out his grappling stamina should be lowered as well

I don’t think he takedown defense needs to be nerfed severely. He’s a big strong guy that helps a lot when it comes to fighting off takedowns yes his technique is off but he has a lot of power to fend off the TD as well as the clinch so wouldn’t want that to be nerfed too much. Carrying all the muscle is what drained him, carrying stipes weight drained him throwing those Ngannou bombs drained him

Yeah, 86-87 makes sense. Ngannou was definitely tired. He's just good at hiding it and very mentally strong. People deal with fatigue differently. Ngannou isn't going to give up. He isn't going to let the fatigue take over.

I felt like the fight was effectively over after the first round. Certainly after the second. He just started saving all his energy and throwing like two wild bombs a round lol.

Yeah, I think 86-87 is about right. I'm not sure what the stat breakdown is, maybe just have him be really bad at recovering between rounds and have low grappling stamina? Having said that I think slightly lower would be better for N'Gannou, no nerfs of anyones stats until we've seen the individual breakdown, because right now we only have half the story.

Re: Francis Ngannou Stamina

He could (probably is) the most dangerous striker in the division, in the first round. I think its fair his stamina takes a reasonable penalty after what we seen last night.

In the EA UFC franchise you cant replicate what Stipe did to him, so if they dont nerf his stamina then we'll have a Francis that can go 5 rounds if people only put the slightest effort into playing a little more conservatively.

He impressed me though. Anyone would have gotten tired by that. He still made it through.

Lol not to sound like a fan but I respect your opinion a lot in these threads very knowledgeable and articulate your points very well so it was kinda cool to see you agree 100% with me.

Agree as well his recovering in between rounds should be lowered that’s actually a great idea I hadn’t thought of and yeah for sure grappling stamina should be lowered it wouldn’t end Ngannou because his striking is his main part but that stamina is bad man

I agree with this, heavyweight is full of people who break if the fight doesn't go their way (Lewis, Arlovski, Overeem, Struve), N'Gannou proved he isn't one of those guys. Wouldn't shock me to see him get another shot in a year or 2.
