Sneaky nice thing about this...

Less demands for new character models for fighters already in the game once they switch to a different weight class.

I'm sure some will want it. But since we can put them into the new weight class using this, maybe we can get new unique fighters into the game with DLC.

The ratings are scaled by division (or at least used to be, I figure they still are), so higher weight class guys can have higher power than lower, but lower can have better stamina.
