Problem with movement.

I have tried using the lunges by flicking the ls, and used the lb rs ones as well but have found no way to move around quickly. I dont meaning sprinting. Otherwise i move round at the pace of gian villante.

This is with all fighters. Am i missing something or is this ghe ture nature of the gameplay.

Re: Problem with movement.

To my knowledge, the Footwork stat doesn't mess with the speed of walking forward or backwards. It affects the speed of circling and the damage mitigation of lunges.

BTW, you can link lunges into themselves, like repeating a side lunge 2 or 3 times to circle away very quickly, if you must, kinda like Gus vs DC, and with the due stamina consequence. :P

I have been to no avail, it just circles direcrly into stikes, still getting caught. If lunges were slighlty larger it would help, if general movement was quicker as well.

It's weird. Most people seems to think the walking is too fast for the top guys.

I just had a fight where wirh a friend and showed how lunging is flawrd, especially to kicks. Its just no far enoigh plus the strikes follow you causeing sliding motions.
