Does this affect other kicks as i was able to throw wheel kicks to the head at close range, this as well as the q mark kick.

Yea, it applies to all kicks, but it depends on distance, angles, ect, a spin kick at point blank miiiight hit the head, but it won't do much damage, won't land well and will leave you open for a massive counter.

It's another added bit of realism. Look at the way these kicks are thrown, you'll see why the are hitting the body at certain angles, ranges.

It's much much deeper than UFC 2's system if your trying to use that for reference.

I am sure i landed them alot. Shouldnt the headkick just go through but let it miss maybe.
