I'm always on the receiving end of this. Such a crafty move.

I feel like it catches a lot of people of gaurd. There is a rear spin kick whiff to lead head kick that I use with machida that seems to surprise people as well and it looks really cool when pulled off at the right range

Right now I'm liking straight-lead hook-straight-uppercut

The uppercut almost always lands.

Figured I'd start with the higher move count combos, you know.

Re: What's your one favorite hard combo?

Jab -> lead body hook is really good. It's basically an almost-free body poke that covers a lot of distance.

Jab -> straight -> lead hook is probably my best opener used from mid-range. I'll tack the rear hook on sometimes if I notice people blocking the 3-piece and trying to fire back right away. A lot of times the rear hook bops them.

Jab -> straight -> lead body hook. Similar to above but you get the lead body hook in clean and free 95% of the time. People are too concerned blocking the two high's to block the low.

Side lean -> lead uppercut -> rear hook. Catches the duck-uppercut spammers a good bit.

Jab -> straight -> rear roundhouse head kick. A nice combo for the guys who have it. Murk people with it as Barboza.

Jab -> rear teep. The rear teep combo's and comes out faster (seemingly) than the naked rear teep.
