Royce Grace way overpowered in striking

Its one thing to give Gracie great grappling and submissions but on hard difficulty his striking is as good as some of the top strikers which is not what Gracie is known for,please EA please take his striking down a notch or two and that would perfectly represent him.

How do you find Maia's striking? I guess his AI is similar.

yes it's the AI,84 for striking seems right but i was using whittaker against gracie in tournament mode hard with sliders to my advantage and still was getting outstruck,i am normally a killer with whittaker.

His stats are too high aswell

But also way too much head movement and couter punching.


cpu vs cpu stand and bang mode, royce vs lawler
And royce was completely out striking him with footwork and head sway counters

great that proves my point if cpu vs cpu Gracie is outstriking Lawler he definitely needs toning down

I did AI vs AI Gracie vs Wonderboy at pro, and I wasn't impressed. That said he didn't burn much stamina and nearly ko'd Wonderboy in the third. He didn't throw many combos though.

Then I played against him and he combod the **** out of me the whole fight, lol. His stamina recovery in this video looks crazy.

Pretty sure Skynet said Gracie accidentally had a Striker AI instead of a grappler AI, might explain the issue, it'll be patched in the next actual patch.

Maia is a bit too crafty on the feet IMO, he's the only AI that I'd accept 40+ TD attempts from and he's one of the few grappler ones that doesn't throw that many as an average.

I hope this is true and Gracie is changed to a grappling AI that would make him far more realistic.
