The clinch game is the worst aspect in this game since ea ufc 1... its laggy unnatural and a cheesy place

I do think the clinch could use some attention, but given the time required to make fixes to the clinch as a whole, I’m not expecting to see any major changes via patches for UFC3. More of a UFC 4 thing.

hopefully when that comes around your character won't just swing his arms around like a fool.

the animation is so funny. Like, going for underhooks is not supposed to take a 5 second animation

The clinch animation really is ridiculous.

It should look more similar a takedown entry animation. Plus, defended takedowns should more often result in the over-under clinch than the sprawl.

Atm, players aren’t given enough opportunities to end up in the clinch other than the transition from sprawl (not that it’s a bad thing because the clinch isn’t great, but it makes the game more realistic to have the clinch occur more often)
