So... there is a true speed and things should only be made faster than it?

I’d be okay with that.

Like UFC 2. The difference in weight classes had more to do with smaller dudes animation speeds.

Im def okay with additional recovery frames for bigger guys, slower movement speeds, and worse stamina.

the input delay is killer for me. some guys i can throw punches like its offline and then others i can't even throw an uppercut the delay is so bad.

And what would the true speed be? What would define it?

I think LW or WW current speeds since they’re considered average human size.

What ever a 90 striking speed LW or WW is. Then adjust animation speeds slightly. Also adjust stamina, endurance, recovery frames for everything, and of course power.

You likely have access to under the hood numbers so maybe you can see what the Devs did for UFC 2. No one complained about the speed differences in the weight classed.

I dont know about lag but please don't change the speed of heavyweight, i really struggle to play the lower weightclasses as i struggle to react quick enough. Heavyweight and Light Heavyweight are the only weightclasses where i have a chance of reacting to strikes rather than predicting them. U just have to slow down your button presses. There are people who enjoy the slower paced more danger game of heavyweight over the middle and lower weightclasses

We’re not asking for increased speed.

Just increased responsiveness aka start up. I want the heavyweights to move slower. But i dont want to push a button and have to wait an additional second for my guy to react

So often I just feel like I'm watching someone else when I'm playing. I input a command, wait, then I get to see my character do it on screen.
