Head movement when gassed AND rocked

I would think so, I was close to top 100 before they reset leaderboard. Add The Only Jero on xbox one. He will weave every shot if you rock him and his combos are so fast the game has trouble showing the animations and sometimes he will rock you with a punch that doesn't even land and looks like a faint

Could be wrong but on paper this seems like it'd work:

Work the body when you rock him. Eventually you'll get body rocks. Then go back to the head.

for some weird reason body shots won't land . kicks and hooks miss even when he is standing still moving his head

That is what I do when people do the head circle and it seems to always work for me. It is rare that the double body hooks don't land no matter what way they try to evade, even the back lunge is only escaping one of the two.

Maybe I need to try again but I threw double body hook at close range while he was gassed and rocked and it looked like they landed but they did 0 damage while he was windmilling his head

NOPE. So far I've only seen this at higher levels. This is an exploit and needs to be patched immediately. I just fought a top 20 guy I've beaten the last several times in a row, except now he's got a new trick. I rocked him 5 or 6 times and landed maybe 3 punches total after rocking him. He just erratically moves the right stick and avoids 90%+ of strikes. After He did it once, I was careful what threw, yet nothing landed and I had HALF stamina at LW by the end of round 1.

Body hooks - NOPE. Did not land a single one.
Overhand - NOPE. Did not land a single one.
Spinning head kick - NOPE. Did not land a single one.
Uppercuts - NOPE. landed ~10%
Hooks - Nope. Landed ~20%

I know how to manage my stamina. I was carefully selecting these shots, landed very little, and literally had half stamina after the first round. Worst stamina I've ever had and I was dominating the fight!

If this is absolutely punishable, please enlighten me. (top guys wouldn't be using this if its easily punishable). It also makes zero damn sense to be rocked yet able to matrix dodge like Neo.
