I also noticed that once I do the back lean ...my opponent just takes a step forward and fires off again. I know can't back lean for two long but man ...will give it a try .

It's like I'm fighting aladin on a carpet here .

Also with regard to leaning backwards when moving backwards . I will give it try but I'm not quite confident about it as I often eat a head kick when moving backwards .

A head kick can catch you like this, if you don't start your maneuver from far enough.

And yes, you gotta hold the stick a tiny bit to perform a major sway, I think.

Man so the person I'm playing against he just throws hooks all day long . Behind the 1-2 .

So I pick Edgar vs his barboza as Frankie being shorter I'd have it easier ducking his hooks . Everything went well . But I lost twice due to the head kick when I'm backing out of the pocket .

He missed a ton of strikes but his stamina didn't dip . Didn't work his body as much as when I engage he throws multiple uppercuts .

It's important to move back and forth a lot, to bait him to throw, while also sometimes trying to beat him to the punch, with jabs, straights, or overhands (for the surprising range)... or even head kicks, sometimes, though this is much riskier.

Out-darting the opponent is a very important skill, now, after the big evasion patch.

And if you're playing as Edgar, grapple him.
