Overhand abuse?

With every single fight being filled with overhand spam and the ability to throw it the entire fight and still have tons of stamina and still knock you out with a 50-60% stamina advantage. Literally all I see anymore.

Re: Overhand abuse?

It's weird but the timing for evading the overhand isn't as easy as it was months ago .

Especially if it's paired with a jab .

The overhand in this game makes no sense.

Re: Overhand abuse?

pretty much the only option is to block it. Lead leg kick is always gonna be followed by an overhand

Re: Overhand abuse?

Stand your ground and throw an uppercut its risky but will cause big damage if times right. I know it's not the solution but that's how I deal with excessive overhand

Can anyone confirm if patch changes affected (directly or indirectly) the ability to avoid overhands with head movement. Is the timing just tighter? I had no trouble swaying out of the way before (usually towards the overhand side) but now I’m eating alot more of them.

maybe has something to do with the footwork, I used to sway just like you said and it would work everytime but now it seems if they get a good angle the sway makes it rock you. So now I just block it

Re: Overhand abuse?

You can duck under it with a straight ti the body then follow up with a lead hook to the head
