Does anyone else prefer to play the game at 30fps?

I have no input delay using motionflow offline,don't believe all the false technical reports you read online they are a myth,i have spoken to several tv experts and they cannot believe what goes on the internet that is supposed to be fact and is in fact the complete opposite,again this is offline not the input delays you may get online.
