Static champions in career mode

I don't know why this is over looked but am I the only one that has noticed that whoever is the champion at the beginning of career mode stays the champ until you fight them for the belt. The crazy part is their records change they just never lose. Also, the champs in other divisions NEVER change or retire throughout your whole career. They took the time to have the records change but they never lose. This kills immersion. Also if you beat the cpu champion and then lose the belt whoever beat you for the belt stays the champion until you fight them again. Please please please patch this.

I am so thankful for all the wonderful patches. The gameplay is top notch now i just want the last few annoyances in career mode to be fixed.

1-Dynamic champs in career mode
2-If you lose to a rival twice you don't retire but go back to wfa
3-Fight history in career mode so I can view my wins/loses
4-All the wonderful taunts in this game and the ai can't use them....Add cpu taunts!
5-I want to fight against legends in career cro cop ect.....add them as opponents!
6-The only move the cpu can't perform is a hold when mounted...add it.
7-The ability to retire at any time during career not just after goat

If tyese things were patchex this game to me would be as damn jear perfect as I could expect. Please consider at least some of these career mode changes so this game as an offline player will last me until the next one!

The "universe" part of career mode is just a joke. At 48-2, I'm getting challenged by a 6-7 fighter with crappy stats. I kid you not. This completely takes any realism from the mode.

All your suggestions are excellent, but most have been requested before (even during EA UFC 2) but alas. I get that they don't want dynamic champs as they maybe have to make a title render for each fighter (if it's not an automatic pose). I'd also like for optional training instead of everything being timed. Why can't we just hit pads like in EA UFC 2. It was never tedious as you could simply skip them. Such a missed opportunity as it's still in the game as a "challenge" (that no one plays).

That being said, we should indeed be thankful for the patches that fix the gameplay. In the end, that's most important. It just frustrates me because it's such an each mod/fix in most cases.

I just wish they would get rid of longevity in career mode. I don't like being forced to retire.

If we get rid of static champions and have longevity meter lead to deteriorating health stats i’d actually play career mode.

Right now there’s no point.

I don't mind longevity, but I'd like a sort of 'new game plus' career where you start over but keep all the moves and combos you learned the first time through.

The most tedious part of career mode is starting as a striker or submission specialist with literally no boxing combos and not being able to learn any until you've done like twenty fights.
