PC stuttering?

Is anyone else struggling with PC performance? It's an intermittent problem for me. Some games are super smooth, then others are so stuttery as to be unplayable.

My system is a 3700X/5700XT with 32gb of ram. I have the game installed on a SSD and run it at 3440 x 1440 ultrawide. My average fps according to the Radeon software is around 90 fps.

I thought that it may be an issue with vsync, but it appears the same either on or off.

Just curious if anyone else has the same problem?

I literally just got into PES on the PC today so my only guess is that maybe it's stadium specific since they seem to take up more resources.

Re: PC stuttering?

Do you hand any mods installed? I only notice stuttering if I have been running my PC for an extended period of time.

Re: PC stuttering?

I'm using a Ryzen 3600 and Vega 56 (res at 2560x1440 @ 120/144) and 16GB DDR4 2400 RAM and no stutter, vsync at level 2 and fullscreen (windowed borderless causes some issues for some reason). I also set Tessellation Mode to "use application settings" instead of "AMD Optimized" in AMD control panel which probably helps, it did on some other games like Destiny 2 so try that as well.
