Switch cpu franchise teams to 3-4 defense...

I know I had a thread about this earlier and someone suggested making profiles/VIPS with defensive playbooks and assigning them to the teams that changed to a new defense. This makes them CPU controlled but I can get through that. However, 2k5 only allows 4 VIPS to be used (1 for myself, 3 for the CPU teams) and there are many more than 3 teams that changed schemes (also some to a 4-3). Is there another way around it or can I only make 3 other teams have the new defense. Or should I jsut leave them default and suck it up. (I prefer not leave them because I am updating all of the rosters including position changes and that makes teams like the 49ers now heavy in line backers and only have a couple NTs. This causes fatigue problems and wasted talent if I leave it at a 4-3. ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE?!
