Looks blurry when in motion

First off. I got my OG XBOX a couple of days ago. Holly ****!!! I should have done that sooner. Unless All Pro 2k9 comes out I will be $60 richer. I am done with EA. If a game that's 4 years old can play this good still well...

OK sorry started to ramble.

I'm playing on 42 inch LCD Brava and the game looks ok. Not HD but, I'm not worried about that. What I am worried about is when the game is in motion it's blurry and I find my eyes are going all weird. I thought it was my imagination so I watched a replay and sure enough you can see it blurry when the players move but as soon as I stop you can see the game refocusing. Has anyone else seen this? Do I need to fix something or do I need to get over it?

No idea. Never happen to me, even on a panoramic HDTV - it doesn't look blurry.

What connections are you using? Are you using an OG Xbox? If so what do you have the visual setting at? Normal, 4:3 or WS?

You may be experiencing lag on your Bravia. AVSForum.com has tons of info and threads on which LCDs perform best for fast motion video games. I think some of the Sony's had this problem. The Samsungs are the best in handling.

Doe your set have a "Game" mode? That may help.

I'll check that when I get home. I'm not sure. I've never had to check that before. I was playing last night and had to stop after 45 min because it was going in and out of focus so much it was giving me a headache. Which sucks because I was having fun playing the game with the 08/09 rosters.

Ok. Can anyone else help me out here? I changed up my setting on the LCD tv and it's still blurry. Anyone have a thought on what's going?

It's motion blur on Sony's...some models worse than others. avsforum.com has all the info you need under the Display Devices ---> LCD Flat Panel Displays threads.
