360 error message with new hdd

So I have been playing 2k5 on my 20 gb hdd and I got a new 120 hdd for roster editing. So I transfer my stuff from the 20 to the 120 and for 2k5 it says unknown game.

Then I try and play it and I get The game could not start , please download the game again error.

So I put my 20 hdd back in and the game works fine but for some reason the 120 hdd is having a hard time with it. I have cleared the cache in the 120 and tried other games and they do work.

Only thing I have not done is format the 120 and start over. This 360 is hooked up to the net and I did download the auto update when prompted.
