Okay, I seem to have a problem, and I've had one since I got this game. Whenever I play NFL 2K3 on my PS2 on my TV with my cables, EVERYTHING is stretched vertically. Same with NBA 2K3, but I'm not on that topic. But then when I play NFL 2K2, it's how it should be. And then when I use my other friends' PS2's, TV's, cables, etc., it looks beautiful.

My first question: Has anyone else experienced this with either NFL or NBA 2K3?

My second question: Do you know why it's doing this? Is it my PS2? Is it my cables? Is it my TV?

My third question: When I play ESPN Football with these same components, will I have stretched graphics?

Any help is appreciated.

I did the 1st time I played NFL 2K3 on PS2. I forget what I did to make it look right though, I just know I changed some setting. I think it was an actual PS2 system setting, not in game.

It's okay.

Come to think of it, only ONE night did it look right now my TV, PS2, and cables... however, now I'm on my second PS2, and it worked when I was on my first.

But, I just tried it now and it's still stretched vertically... it doesn't look as good. Everything is all tall and skinny, well you can only really say that about the players because it's not like I call the field tall and skinny... that's why I will use the term stretched vertically.

Does ANYONE else know what the hell I'm even talking about?

your system settings are probably on widescreen presentation...load up ur ps2 and change its presentation style to normal (4:3)

try changing your ps2 system aspect ratio.

Oh, okay, because right now it's on 16:9.

IT WORKED!!! Thanks a lot, the game looks MUCH better now... really, try it in 16:9, it's not really that fun, it's THAT much different.
