What happened to ESPN's touchdown music?

In many of the videos, you will hear Jock Jams playing following a score. I was sooooo pumped to finally hear actual football music following a score. Now that I have the game, I am wondering why it was removed? Has anyone else noticed this?

I tried to find the videos that were posted up here on OS to compare but I cannot find them. Anyways, the football music is gone and now I feel slightly let down as it has been one of the biggest features I have been asking for since the Genesis days. Oh well, back to my own little world.

Yea, I'm wondering that too. In a video from the beta version, they had the hey song. Now, they just have that cheap rip off of the hey song.

I think it was the same song in the video, just poor quality and computer speakers made it harder to tell it was a rip-off? The music from 2k3 is still there, just on a larger rotation. Last year you used to hear the hey song ripoff on every score, now you hear it every other score or so. I'd have to see the video in question though to be sure. I don't mind the rip-offs, i get a kick out of them.

It wasn't just the Hey song taken out but a few others that you would hear during an actual NFL football game. I wonder who the bone head was that made the decision to take it out cause that was a big part of the atmosphere.
