To make kickoff return lengths normal and punt returns a little bit easier, first pick your favorite team and create a playbook for them. Then sub your fastest defensive players in the kickoff formation and your best blocking players on the punt return unit. It works like a charm for me and really improves how the entire game is played as far as feild position is concerned. Give it a try and you will like it.
