Can someone suggest some good defenses to shut down the short passes over the middle to the TE. I get killed on those plays. Should I play M2M, Zone, Cover1? What are the positives and negative of those coverages? I rush with a lineman so Im not pulling someone off coverage yet it seems like the man in the middle is always open. Thanks

Adjust the DB's for inside coverage.

Try a manual double team of the TE from time to time, but don't overdo it.
