OS will conduct a test on clipping penalty/bug

as i play...the clipping penalty only comes into affect after my rb has a break out game...its as if the computer is trying to get my rushing stats down to a realistic margin in correlation to my carries

so im asking for you guys to report if you see the same sort of thing;

Nope. Seen it in exibiton, online whatever. Didnt have nothing to do with the game before. Luckly, I have only seen it a handful of times.

Re: OS will conduct a test on clipping penalty/bug

excuse me...i should clarify

i mean during one game...say you break a run...umm...75 yds...but you only have like 7 carries...then later on in the game...a clipping penalty is called...and its effect is on the total yardage to balance it out

at least thats what i notice

I just had it happen in the first quarter on the 2nd play from scrimmage, for the CPU controlled team. It's not a situation specific bug.

Clipping Penalty = Negative Rushing Yards, period.

yes, the same thing has happened to me. I broke a 40 yard run and after about 8 carries i had 67 yards up the middle and like 10 to the left, and -22 to the right. And i'm like ****, there was a clipping penalty the other play, i forgot. It must be that damn bug. Needless to say i ended up with 100 yards rushing anyway.

Same here. Broke a 60-yarder with Duce Staley. Few plays later, clipping.

I really doubt this means anything, though.
