holy crap I just blocked an extra point!

Sorry I just had to post something. In all my years of football gaming, this is the first blocked kick I've had since the tecmo bowl series. Raiders vs Titans, Asomougha sprints around the corner, jumps just in time to deflect the kick. It was great.

Yeah, I just blocked one too! Well, not me exactly. Cory Fuller was blasting around the corner and walked into the ball. He didn't even jump, it just hit him in the knee.

I blocked one before as well...just one time though but i have come VERY close to blocking a punt, infact after i viewed the replay i was like an inch from blocking it so its atleast possible with this years version which is great.

wow, i don't even try, but maybe i should start, normally i just take out the kicker

If you've got a fast guy on the edge, just do a speed rush around the end with him. Don't cut straight towards thi kicker, rather loop around like a 1/4 circle. Just tap speed burst real fast and jump when you're almost in front if him. So far I've blocked 2 FG's and one EP. It takes some practice but it definately CAN be done.
