It really bugs me when people say it is good when players don't progress, because they could have been just a flash in the pan and that is realistic. Well, is it realistic for them to decide to rate someone like Anquan Boldin a 76 because they thought he was just a flash in the pan? Hell no! Then why should it be ok for players to do well and not progress?

How come some people are having problems with player progression and I'm not? I picked up Foster from the Panthers in my franchise and rushed for close to 1300 yards. Simmed through preseason the next year and he was rated a 91. That's like 7 or 8 pts higher than he was before, I think. I ended up having to get rid of him because his cheap contract was up and he was looking for the big payday.


are you talking about progression from game to game? If so, try weekly prep.

Me too. I traded for (deShaun) Foster when he was an 83...at the beginning of the season he was a 90, and now that im in the playoffs, due to wear and tear he is a 88... i have not had a problem yet...Joe horn went from a 94 to an 85, and that is about right...so im ok with however my cpu is handling this.
