Laggy online

Just curious if any of you are getting laggy online games with NFL 2k5? I played my brother the other day and the game was in slow motion. Wondering if this was one time or if it's showing it's age online. Thanks.

I have'nt played any online games for a few months but that's how it was playing back when they made it backwards compatible on the 360. Everything was in slow-mo. Unfortunately I don't think it will get any better than that on the 360 side. I played about 10-12 games online and they all played the same way.

I've also experienced similar difficulties. At first, I thought it was b/c I was playing on my original Xbox versus an opponent on the 360. Turns out online play was not optimized for the 360. Seems like it would work fine with an Xbox --> Xbox connection, but not Xbox --> 360 connection.

Is it still laggy online for the 360 users? Can anyone confirm that this problem still exists?

Also, has anyone tried xbox 360 vs. xbox 360 online for nfl 2k5?

Yes, a buddy and I tried it, both on 360s and it was laggy as all get out.

I played a couple of games lastnight on both the 360 and the original and they were both very slow. I guess there is nothing we can do about it.

For me it is just fine when I'm playing another Xbox user but when I try to play someone with Xbox 360 it is very slow and eventually disconnects.

I play 2k5 with my 360 and it is always laggy, orginal xbox or 360. I wish they would fix this issue.

2k5 is still the best sim football game out and should work online using the 360. Maybe we can make our voices heard to 2k Sports!!!
