click on the link someone provides to download, save as to ur desktop, then hook up ur AR in the usb port with the memory card, open the AR software, and then just drag the desktop file over to the memory card column. its pretty simple once u learn how to do it.

I'll try to expand on the help that was given earlier..... make sure to "save" to desktop...** DO NOT UNZIP THE FILE **. After the file saves, close the download box, then open the AR software on your desktop, then click and drag the file to the middle column on the AR software, then you will see the save...ESPN 2k5 or something to that effect. Then with the AR memory card in the usb dock, click and drag the file from the middle column to the left column, you will then see the green bar starting to fill, indicating the file is being transfered to the memory card.when it is done ...the save will show up on the memory card side as Espn 2k5 ......then it will show the file name as "espn roster 10705" or whatever the person named the file.
I hope that helps,as the Ar is a great tool to have around,I got tired of printing 400 pages of transactions yearly for updated rosters. lol
