Coaching roster/suggestions

First off I am way behind the bus but thanks to hard work by Puja and Finn as well as countless others I was was able to catch up in 2 hours.. Thank you!!!

coach editor amazing...anyway I was making the changes obvious such as Herm, Norv (and changed stats accord)

just wanted to know what everybody else has done for coaches pics and strategy and if you have any newer coaches records/tendencies

here are a couple I have made so far and my reasoning:

Browns - D. Green pic & body (obvious resoning)
Saints - Dallas Coach pic & body (peyton ex C-boys coach)
Lions - Martz pic & body (even though getting fird within hours he is O-cord.
Jets - Haslett pic & body (remind me of Mangini)
49ers - Me= Mora Jr., also Mucci (I dunno sim to Nolan ex-9er's)
Dolphins - Sherman (white hair, over matched as a coach)
Falcons - Davis (college coach who couldn't hack it)
Raiders - Wannstadt (Kiffin will be gone in 2 yrs anyway)
Rams - Vermiel (history factor)
Cardinals - Cowher (Wisenhnut is an ex-Steller coach)
Stellers - Lovie, Dungy or Herm (your hand is forced with this one)

All in all looking for any other suggestions changes etc., but also looking more advice about ratings too
