You will need a AR max to move the files to the memory card.

Re: Spear's NFL 2K19 Rosters (PS2)

This is awesome! I play 2K5 still like many others. The game will always tower over EA Madden imo. I was looking around for helpers to get started with editing rosters so that I would be able to update/create. I have not found anything that has set me on the editing path yet.. RateSports released a few really good updates, unfortunately RateSports does not look to be active anymore.

I recently got the halftime show video working with PCSX2 on PC and have been on the hunt for rosters. Let me know if I may be able to help.

Thanks to everyone involved, this is really appreciated!

Haven’t had time for a new update but will be back at it next week.

On a side note, is there a way to convert PS2 rosters to OG Xbox AR?

Thanks for the roster file!

I got this information from a YouTube video (not sure if links to it are allowed on the forum):

A program called PS2 Save Builder allows you to extract specific pieces out of a PS2 MAX file. One of the files appears to be exactly the same as the XBOX's DAT files (just named differently). The video shows how to convert an XBOX file to a PS2 one, and I tried to reverse the process. I didn't get any errors, so the attached file might work.

I won't have access to my XBOX until sometime next week to test this on the hardware, but the file does open up as the correct roster in Finn's editor. I hope that this helps!
Attached Files
File Type: zip nfl2k19.zip (237.3 KB, 145 views)

Thank you! I'll give it a shot. I've been able to get 2K5 on Xbox to output in 720p so have been enjoying that on the TV when I'm away from the PC.

Re: Spear's NFL 2K19 Rosters (PS2)

What kind of cables do you use to output the HD resolution?

I never got the official component-cable pack when it was out in stores, and it's way more expensive now on the secondary market, so I bought some cheap third-party component cables. They function, but I'm not sure that I'm getting the best picture quality.

Recently, though, a company called Pound released a $25 (USD) HDMI cable that plugs directly into the OG XBOX. I bought one of those but just haven't had the opportunity to test it yet. Reviews indicate that it has issues of its own but that it's much closer (in picture quality) to the official component cables.

It's through component cables but using a special modded Xbox. I'll PM you more details.
