Danny Hope, in his 2rd year as the Purdue head football coach had some up and downs throughout his first year with the team. For starters, they finished out the season with a less than impressive 5-7 (4-4) record. Out of those 5 wins, only one was to a team that finished the season with a winning record. But that brings me to my next point. The team was able to beat #7 ranked Ohio State in front of their home crowd, which shows some promise for the potential of the guys this season. Danny Hope is confident that his guys will be motivated and ready for their season opener at Notre Dame. "It's time to make people proud to be Purdue football fans."
