Remember These Titans - A Tennessee Titans Franchise (Madden 08 PC w/13 rosters)

It's been 15 years. 15 years since the former Houston Oilers moved to the state of Tennessee, and ever since the Oilers became the Titans, this franchise has played the role of the lovable (or not so lovable) underdog, with the exception of their late 90's-early 2000's run with such dynamic players like Steve McNair, Eddie George, and Jevon "The Freak" Kearse. That team went 13-3, and came up 1 yard short of an NFL Championship.

However, things have changed. The Titans have had runs where they look the part of a champion, most notably 2008, when the Titans rushed out to a 10-0 start, then managed to lose their first playoff game to the Baltimore Ravens.

Lately, the franchise has wallowed in mediocrity. In 2011, the Titans went 9-7 and failed to make the playoffs. They hope to turn things around in 2012 and make the playoffs.
