I understand people do it which is why the developers never take the time to fix it but it's still cheating.

People don't complain because they intend to cheat anyway.

My wife read this and just served me divorce papers and said she was taking the kids, my house, and all of my money because she found out that I cheated.

It wasn’t even with another woman, it was with another team! I traded 3 of my top prospects, for a reasonably decent player (IT WASN’T EVEN A STAR PLAYER ((). Every valuation calculation said that I was being ripped off, but then she saw that @Tessl thinks that any 3 for 1 trade is cheating, so she was reaaaaaaaallly mad

Tessl…do you have a couch or a spare cot that I can sleep on until I get my feet back under me and prove that I can follow your deluded gatekeeping logic?….

When I arrived home, my dog must have caught his scent because now he won't even answer me when I ask him who the greatest ballplayer of all-time is.

Ha! I cheated you because it’s a 3 for 1 deal! My 2.5 year old has a heck of a left arm, but she’s going to be short. My 8 week old can’t take a walk to save herself, and the wiener dog just barks.

I’ll take the dog that can’t hit the curve, and we’ll just make sure to lay off the offspeed junk.

That tears it. I am not spending $70 again next year on another mutt.

I'm playing on HOF with A&S sliders and I've had an issue where a SP would get to his next start and not begin with a full bar of energy. The first time I noticed it was with Nick Martinez, who has a low stamina rating. He was beginning games without full energy and making to where he could only pitch 3 innings. I increased both HUM and CPU starter stamina to 6 and that seemed to fix the issue for the next few games.

However, I just played a game where Brady Singer began a game with some energy missing and I've looked at the next game and Nick Martinez will clearly be missing a full bar before the game begins.

Is anyone else seeing this in franchise? Is this normal and simply cumulative fatigue as the season plays out? I notice that CPU pitchers seem to always have a full energy bar to begin each game, so it makes me wonder. Is there another setting other than stamina coming in to play here? I hate beginning games with that starter missing energy.

Apologies for hijacking the topic at hand.

Will raising the Starting Pitcher Slider to 6, or 7, help? Or hurt?

Is there a way to see a pitcher's energy from the main franchise screen? I'm only aware of being able to see it during a game or in the pre game screen when you pick your pitcher. It would be useful to see when deciding who to call up when I need a fresh arm

Unfortunately no (and I agree that needs to be a thing outside of those two instances) - but you can still back out of the pregame pitcher select screen without actually starting the game after looking at the energy levels. Just make sure to have your controller on your team in the team select or else you'll bypass the lineup/pitchers screens entirely (it'll be treating the game as CPU vs CPU).

I wish we could see not just pitcher energy but position player energy too within franchise.
