It would be reasonable for Toronto. Especially if they need pitching...

If you still want to do the Toronto trade after that, just do any C prospect of your liking really.

I mean hey, if Barnett gets back on track, him and Kendrick can probably muster a lot from the Rangers, then if they need another corner OF or Byrd is doing better then Moreland at DH, you can probably obtain a good deal of prospects.

Hey fellas. Looking into trading Duda in my Mets franchise. Decided to keep Ike Davis (I thought he got a raw deal here) so Duda is expendable. I want to go with a outfield rotation of Young and Young in LF, and Lagares in CF full time.

I would like to pick up a bullpen arm or another young SP. Any options for me out there?

What are Duda's stats? Also, what teams are in contention that could need an OF/1B like Duda?

Definitely a possibility. Pitt could use help at 1b after they acquired Davis IRL. Watson is a lefty right?

Only 3 games into the season for me. Pitt, Mil, Miami are some teams that are questionable at first and corner outfield. Milwaukee ESP.

Good options. Jake McGee, Rays, could also be an option as well - if the Reds owner wants someone who can throw a little bit of heat.

Phillies owners who like Sanchez from Toronto but also like the Lee to LA deal..

Burnett + Utley for Sanchez + Jimenez from Toronto

Lee for Urais + Seager + Pederson (or whatever deal floats your boat with two of those guys) from LA

Ruiz for Jackson/Martinez + Buckel from Tex

Byrd to any other team that needs a LF or RF for either a lowish B or two high C's.

If Mike Morse isn't performing in San Fran, and they're in contention they might look at Byrd since he's relatively cheap. In that scenario:

Byrd for Blackburn/Blach + Hembree or straight up for Gary Brown (if you think you can fix him, lol, he is a B in the game)

IMO, that's maximizing your return on the players that you're getting rid of. The Lee to LA deal is almost too good to pass up, plus you're still getting Sanchez and a future catcher in Jimenez from Toronto. That, and the Texas prospects you mentioned are in there, just as a deal for Ruiz.

And as a reference, the / in the trade is an either/or. It's not all of those guys involved. I think we had some confusion with that the other day. Just making sure everyone's on the same page.

These trades look pretty good, but wouldn't trading Utley be unrealistic? I'm pretty sure the Phils want him to retire a Philly, + he has a no trade clause. I wish I could now take back my Burnett/Byrd deal for Martinez/Robbie Ross, but I think I'll just do your Chooch trade and be happy with my team

I wouldn't say it's unrealistic, it honestly just depends on the person you're talking to. I don't know if Utley has no trade rights in his contract or not. Phillies fans love him, but if you're doing a rebuild, you might as well do it right. He's old, but has some value. By sending him to Toronto, you're giving them a 2B that's not terrible, and he's going to a team that has the potential to win (much more than your rebuilding Phils). In my franchise, I sent him up north straight up for Sanchez.

For whatever it's worth, AA literally JUST finished telling Bowden he wants a long term 2B (or 3B and LH reliever help for some reason???? help our management is incompetent).

It is still a no trade clause. I can't see Utley outside of a Phil's uni.... literally everyone loves him here.
