MLB 14 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Link in the first post of the thread, however I think there's something wrong with it because it's not working on my end.
Totte should have that fixed soon, I'd assume. He's pretty good about getting it back up when there's a problem.Comment

Re: MLB 14 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Works for me, Think Bauer is a tad bit underrated since he fixed his mechanics and is back to hitting mid-high 90s and a 3/1 K:BB ratio. Brantley probably isn't getting moved for less then an high B or low A IMO, elite LF defender hitting .300 with double digit HR on a very cheap long term deal? Kluber is probably worth a mid B guy. Probably my only complaints
That being said the Indians don't really have any FOR Inning eating prospects on the team that are close to MLB ready, are there any I could trade for with any of Bourn, Santana, Masterson or Swisher, between Bauer and Salazar they both have high upside to be high K low ERA guys but you need someone in between them or right behind them (so a 2 or 3) because your probably only getting 7 good outings unless they have a low pitch count after 7.Comment

I don't think I can edit post yet so had to make a double post to add BrantleyComment

Re: MLB 14 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Spreadsheet value is low A, mid B. I'm thinking Piscotty + Grichuk, or C-Mart + Cooney, or Wong + Kaminsky, or Reyes + Adams."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: MLB 14 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Hey guys- without getting in to standings too deep, but I'm Cincy, and in the hunt, while the Phils are out near deadline. Any possibility of a Dom Brown trade? I'd like to have him as the right side of a LF platoon. I know he's a massive dissapointment still with upside to Phils, but if they do a larger sell off, could they part with him? I'm banking on a change of scenery situation to help.
I'd even be open to including Rollins to upgrade a struggling Cozart, but not critical.
Anyway, does a Winker (or Ervin), Travesio, Leake (or Heisey) deal for Brown make sense to rebuilding Phils? What would I need to add to also bring in Rollins?
Thanks so much guys- going for realism, so bash away too if neededComment

Re: MLB 14 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
I could see STL doing Reyes + Adams, in order to slot in Oscar Taveras in RF & move Allen Craig back to 1B. They could plug Zobrist at 2B & bring Wong off the bench or give him some time in AAA to start regularly.
On TB's side, Matt Adams is a better hitter than Matt Joyce so he can play DH for them, & Alex Reyes gives them more SP depth for the future.

I like what you're proposing. Brown is definitively available if the price is right.
Leake would be a good fit in the Phillies rotation.Former modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.
