I'd trade Barney and ride Valbuena at 2B until you can recall Baez/Alcantara to replace him. Or play Bonifacio at 2B and find another CF option. Either way, Barney should be the first to leave.

So I got all these guys plus some B potentials here and there.

So here Giants are some players I am interested in, tell me what you think fits and what is some good value for it. Also I am willing to part with major league talent like Street, Josh Johnson, Luebke, Venable, Denorfia, Cabrera, Kennedy.

Bumgarner, Sale, Ryu, Harvey, Cole, Cosart, Price, Matt Moore, Rosenthal, McCutchen, Carlos Gomez, Jay Bruce, Castro, Yelich, Heyward, Justin Upton, Minor, Teheran, Alex Wood, Altuve, Andrus, Neftali Feliz, Hosmer, Holland, Salvador Perez, Machado.

Standings are as follows. (GB = Games back).

      NL West

      Diamondbacks: 37-23

      Dodgers: 35-25 (2.0 GB)

      Padres: 32-26 (4.0 GB)

      Rockies: 27-31 (9.0 GB)

      Giants: 26-33. (10.5 GB)

      NL Central

      Cardinals 36-24

      Brewers 32-27 (3.5 GB)

      Cubs 28-29 (6.5 GB)

      Pirates 26-31 (8.5 GB)

      Reds 23-34 (11.5 GB)

      Astros 28-31 (2.0 GB)

      AL Central

      Tigers 33-24

      Twins 27-30 (6.0 GB)

      Royals 27-32 (7.0 GB)

      Indians 22-38 (12.5 GB)

      White Sox 22-38 (12.5 GB)

      AL East

      Blue Jays 38-21

      Rays 33-27 (5.5 GB)

      Red Sox 29-29 (8.5 GB)

      Orioles 28-29 (9.0 GB)

      Yankees 23-34 (14.0 GB)

Now I know this is a really long list and most are really high profile players but I just tried to list everyone I would be interested in. I have a lot of great minor league talent to deal along with some respectable major league talent. I am willing to send 3 A potentials or whatever. If anyone wants to help me come up with some deals I would greatly appreciate it!

Not a lot of realistic trade targets on your list meaning a lot of them are franchise cornerstones and/or untouchable.

Only one that could be fairly realistic is Andrus and Feliz from the Rangers. I'd say two of your A prospects plus 2 B's

Don't you think if a team was out of contention they would trade one of those players for 3 A potential prospects?

On top of that list of players I just drafted these 3 in the amateur draft.

        Age: 21. Overall: 65. Pot: A (92). Pos: SP. MLB ETA: 2016.

        Age: 19. Overall: 59. Pot: A (91). Pos: RF. MLB ETA: 2019.

So who do you think are some players I can target with my top prospects?

Yes, some of them might bite if you make them a Godfather offer and overpay

That 2nd baseman you have could be special. Baby him. As for the trades, when it comes to Marlins players, they eventually trade everyone. They love to get that value up and before paying ,deal for a bunch of prospects.

If you included that 2nd baseman and your next 2 best, Yelich wouldn't be a stretch IMO.

Looking at the standings you posted and the bottom dwellers, I could see Matt Wieters and Pablo Sandoval being available. I know, they're not as shiny and fancy like McCutchen, Upton, Stanton, Tulowitzki and so on but they'll get the job done and leave you some prospects to nurture.

I'm all set for my hitting. I have a solid B or A potential for every fielding spot. I have 3 A pot 2B prospects and 3 A potential OF prospects along with a solid B. I even have Everth Cabrera playing the CF and Alonso playing RF to free up room in the infield. What I need is to trade some of these prospects for pitching or trade a handful for 1 star type thing but I can't figure out what.

I appreciate the help but Pablo or Wieters would be a backup soon if I traded for them.

If it's pitching, you could go for Jeff Samardzija, Homer Bailey, Justin Masterson, Michael Pineda (based on your standings)

That's below the top-tier of pitching but still high, you would have to cough up a lot

All good names but I'd cross Bailey off that list since he signed an extension with the Reds.

Add Cliff Lee to the list instead

But yeah, adding in Shields you've got a few very solid arms, that will come at a price

Anyway i can get some ideas from the community on reclamation project players. By this i mean players that would be easy to acquire and have good skills but have had very little success at the big league level.

                              Trevor Bauer for the Indians?

What do you think about Neftali Feliz?

Or since the White Sox are out of it what do you think of this trade? Same thing goes for Bumgarner.

Sale for 2 Major league ready A potential prospects that are 20 and 21 years old. Both will be around 82-86 during the 2017 season based on my simulations. As well as either someone like Cashner/Kennedy/Street/Venable. Or a A potential SP who should be major league ready by 2016.

Smardizja, Masterson, and Pineda are great but I'm willing to give up 3 guys who will be mid to high 80s within 2-3 seasons. I mean I could just wait and trade 3 high 80 players who are all A pot and only 23-24 for some real talent but I don't have the patience for that haha. I would rather keep my prospects than get those since in about 2-3 years they will already be better and are 7-8 years younger.
