that's a big if in Barney's case and does being a halfway decent backup catcher hold THAT much weight?......I will take into consideration that this isn't the A-Cab of old (which would be the most obvious argument to my comment)....I just don't care that much for either Barney nor Kottaras in terms of him being included in a trade for A-Cab

Agree with AC on this. I was thinking about the Phillies and how Nova would slot in nicely in their rotation. Aim for something in return like Jesse Biddle/Adam Morgan plus Justin DeFratus/BJ Rosenberg. Would give you a SP prospect and a MRP for the majorsFormer modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.

End of May and I traded Quentin to the Reds.
Quentin is batting .346 with 18 home runs at about 61 games.
Traded him to the Reds for 2 A prospects. One is a closer and is 65 overall and the other is a SP who is 67 overall.Comment

I consider it to be somewhat of a toss up and you win if you feel that the trade fills a need for you. The Phillies could sure use an extra arm and Kelly would slot in nicely. Can you replace Dom Brown's production in the lineup with someone else? Galvis carries some to none value but could easily be replaced from within with Cesar Hernandez or Kevin FrandsenFormer modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.

Any specific position on the player(s)/prospect(s) you'd want in return.
I think Pittsburgh and Baltimore are nice options with a return to Oakland being bit of a dark horseFormer modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.
