Sorry but he isnt a rookie. And shouldnt count in the rookie of the year voting. Neither should Abreu. Yoradno Ventura is the best rookie pitcher.

That doesn't make sense, why shouldn't they be rookies? This is the highest level of baseball, and this is their first year.

But Japan isn't mlb. If anything, it makes you even more of a rookie, because you aren't going through the minor leagues.

Well no, they say Japan is like our AAA. The thing is, since mlb is the highest level of play, by definition, every players first year in mlb is considered a rookie. It has nothing to do with where they played before, look at Dave Winfield, he didn't spend a day in the minors.

I just dont think he should be. Maybe thats just because he is going to give Ventura a run for the award though.

i be honest with you guys i used to worked at gamestop. for games that comes out on tues we would get the shipment either thurs or that fri. so no mom and pop store wont get it till fri or sat. now mom and pop stores are slowly going under and the ones that are still around are scared to sell games early.so we might have to wait till next tues.

Im gonna say its false. It might be true for game stop. But there have been posts on websites where a game has been at a store well before a week of its release. It just depends when the game gets put on disk and sent out.
