I've got a 7200 RPM hdd in my PS4 and I'm know that will help with the load times. I know Inhocmark has mentioned that the load times have been better once the stadium and such as been cached which helps with those with the standard hard drive.

I'm not sure if every team has one or if it rotates between in stadium screens and the static photo.

They've done tests that a 7200 RPM HDD has little to impact on load times (seconds at most). Ultimately the Show is going to be one of those games that is a pain in the butt to start up and get into with the loads but if you're in for longer sessions with multiple games then you're golden. I'm very happy I was wrong.
