I got my refund! Someone asked about funds back to your bank account/credit card or PSN Wallet. I'm satisfied with it being in my PSN wallet. I'll probably use that up over time on sales and such. Probably not on a pre-order tho! haha!

$60 is alot of money to just leave in my wallet imho, I very rarely ever buy anything in the store! The one time I do, this happens! Im just gonna wait it out, what choice do I have really. If it goes too much later in the day I will get ahold of PS support and let them know nicely that they owe me something extra for my troubles!

Now, if this is the case then I'm going to go from aggravated to pretty ticked off. Because if they're telling me it's not going to be available until after 6:00pm, I'm going to have to go through all the bs of getting a refund and then driving to a store and finding/buying the game.

I don't want to have to do that, but like I said before...I took a day off work for this.

I will never, ever, everevereverever...do a digital pre-order again. If I'm buying digitial it's going to be an impulse purchase on a game available immediately.

Stinks man. I learned my lesson with Bf4 with the DLC stuff. I had the PS3 but only for the SHOW, my other titles were for XB. Long story short, I was unaware of the Sony store updates because I too, took a day off for BF and rollout didn't occur till 6pm

This won't make me very popular here and I understand why everybody is upset, but it's not as if the games release date has come and gone. Today was launch day and you guys will get your game today (hopefully). So don't expect compensation and stuff like that. I'm sure the game will be available for all today and that's all they owe us.

Sort of. But then again they advertised that the game would be available at 12:01am est at the point of sale. So, I don't think it's unreasonable to say they actually owed us that (or something reasonably close to it).

However, I am currently getting transferred to be refunded. Looks like I'll be able to cancel the order because of the delay. Also, someone in another forum made a good point. The Gamestop download code is supposed to be for 10:00 am EST, I wonder if it will be ready by then?

This is unacceptable. I took a day off from work - which I never do - just to have a full day to enjoy this year's game. The MLB The Show series is basically the only reason I decided to go with the PS4 over the XBOX One. The bottom line is, SONY is not delivering on the product I purchased, which is the ability to download the digital version starting at 12:01 a.m. on May 6th. Anyone who purchased the Day 1 Digital Download should demand a refund - or at the very least a significant discount - which is what I intend to do.

Right, I'm looking at it like this.... did they mess up with the launch? yes, did I go digital so I could download while sleeping then wake to play? yes, is it still May 6th? Yes. We've waited this long, a couple more hours aint gonna kill us. (And for those of you who wanna say Physical copy people got it, we dont, this aint fair, or whatever reason, this aint fair.... Life aint fair, get used to it.)

To be honest, they didn't say the game will be available at 12:01 am....they said it would be available after 12:01 am so technically, they aren't necessarily incorrect. Just saying.

A lot of people aren't goin to get to play at all today due to the size of the download.

I've never requested a refund before. where did you do this? I'm debating just picking up a hard copy since my HDD only has about 90gb free on it

Note : It's a wallet refund, but still, at least, got the money back. I guess by the time NHL 15 gets out, pre-loading will be on and working.

LOL I wouldn't trust a refund 7 days.. imagine if you go out and buy the game and then you gotta sort out your refund crap with Sony and it doesn't happen. it isn't worth the stress

I bought Tomb Raider when they had a flash sale on the PS4 for $25. While it's not a little amount, it's not a huge amount either. I have the case number so as long as I get the money, be it a week or a month, I'm happy. If $60 was going to break me financially, I shouldn't be buying this game in the first place.

Also, they didn't have to refund me per the sales agreement, but they did. So while they have a lot to get blamed for today, customer service is doing a good job. That should not be overlooked as those people rarely get loved or appreciated!
