This is the part that gets me.

After:
no new uniforms,
60% of the stadiums,
not seeming like a huge amount of upgraded stuff,
the fact that we could not "pre-download",

and now that the time for release has come and gone and we have nothing. I would've taken Tuesday off, but I absolutely couldn't due to work. If I had, and this happened, wow.

I understand mistakes, problems, tech. difficulties, but considering they won't release this game on any other platform, so you HAVE to buy a Play Station for baseball, it is beyond comprehension to me that they would then 1) not let us pre-download to avoid this idiocy to begin with 2) not have this particular title ready to go with no problems on the next-gen system.

I've been waiting close to a year for this. I live for this, and now I am angry and frustrated.

Dev has already said Preload wasnt possible due to the release date of the patch.

enough hyperbole. let's get to the point -- people are upset that they've had to wait 4 hours (and counting) for a product that was promised at 12:01, and people are telling them not to be upset because there are worse things happening in the world.

that is some of the most ridiculous logic and I'm not sure how it because such a popular thing to say. Unless you're literally dead or dying you can say it about anything.

Car broke down? well at least you're still alive! could be worse!
Lost your job? well, you have your health!

See what I mean? It's a coping mechanism. People want to wait until they're burning alive to complain about it being a little hot because it could always be a little hotter.

Way to sidestep my point. You complain about people saying calm down as being pointless yet the rants are equally as pointless. Further you're on a popular public forum, when you rant and post ridiculous things you're going to get a response. If you don't want any responses particularly those that are counter to your own then the internet is probably not the place to post your thoughts.

No offense to you or anyone else, but that's not my responsibility. What next? Should I call for them as well? If people really care enough or truly want their money back then they will put fort the effort to do so, just as I did. The problem with today's newer generations is far too many are incapable of doing anything on their own. Technology is weakening our society, but that is a much bigger conversation for another day (and place).

But I will give a hint, the number is simply Sony's customer service line.

How is anyone even talking to Sony? Their PlayStation customer service is closed until the morning? If someone has a number please give it to me so I can chew someones ***.
