Only a couple of things that I'm looking for...

    1. Players faces blacking out completely or spotting up when subbed in.

    2. Relievers taking way to long to recover their stamina after short one inning stints. For example, a pitcher throws less than fifteen pitches but takes three days to recover their stamina.

    3. The stadium blackouts during night games.

I know it must have been mentioned earlier in this thread but too many balls being hit at the pitcher and too many dropped third strikes. I thought these were fixed in MLBTS13 but they are back again.

If you switch player lock and off multiple times during a game, the home plate umpire will go crazy calling balls/strikes... They will either call everything a ball or a strike. Hoping that gets patched.

Ramone seems to read most threads judging by his likes and post history; seems unlikely he'd skip this one. Unless he's not among the people you have in mind.

While true.....with a bug reporting system in place....I doubt he's compiling unreported bugs from threads.

Stadium Lighting - Night/Rain/Overcast games look dull with the lights on, sections of the crowd in totally darkness. Seems to be all ball parks to be honest.

Wrigley Field - does Wrigley Field have an atmosphere? Walk up music? Organ music? Cause I've just play numerous home games on the PS4 and it's really quiet except for the crowd or some random rock music.

I miss the organ and take me out to the ball game. The last version I had was 11 as I play 162 game franchise so I don't get it every year (well I will now with the option to continued franchise save game.)

To be honest the I can count the amount of times I've heard an organ on 1 hand.

Since it seems we have to use the bug reporting tool.

Would it be okay if we just post links to issues we posted and asked others to vote on them or give them a thumbs up so you guys will see them?

Does anyone else notice the 3/4 sleeves flickering on players? This is extremely noticeable in behind pitcher views.

Has anybody ever heard of a business model in which a person who may have an otherwise defective product or service has to then come to a website and have your issue voted on whether it should be tended to in timely matter if it all? I've never seen it. Don't seem like a proper way of doing business.

"Oh yeah, my cable tv don't work, they told me to go to a website and have other people vote on whether my problem is substantial enough. I got 3 yesses and 10 no's. Guess i got no TV". LOL.

That's ridiculous. I can see them definitely changing that.

Thousands of complaints and a handful of people dealing with them. Multi Million dollar company. Pound some salt and have some people pick up some phones over there Russ.

Great point but I believe their model has always been to do it this way.

When I set the umpires to call a perfect game, getting all calls correct, I would like them to actually do that. It's frustrating as all get out to throw a strike that should end the inning only to have it end up being ball 4 because the umpire settings do not work like they should.

You right, and that's just crazy (i'm new to The Show), and with all the 2K and Xbox people coming on used to being able to call a simple phone number and their problems addressed, this issue may become more in the forefront.

I had a problem with VC points at 2K. Picked up the phone, i was reimbursed in a few days. Madden 10 i couldn't get the "sports ticker" of all things. Got on the phone, couldn't rectify it, and sent me a 40 dollar coupon (i kept the Madden and i think i bought BC 2 as a gift).

This model stifles complaints, and in my view is not a very good way of doing business, and may have to change.

Your confusing general customer service with an attempt to organize fixes/patches, I think. You can still call Sony and complain about whatever issue and they may or may not offer reimbursement depending on your issue (e.g. some called about the digital download issue at release and were offered compensation before anything official was released). My friend did it last year when the preorder bonus didn't go through properly and it was fixed. Nothing about the current site setup prevents you from doing it anymore than previous bug lists ever did.

The voting system on the site relates to patching/fixing the game. It's setup is more for organization and prioritization than flat-out inclusion (although the devs have to know about it to fix it obviously, and that's part of it to...so they don't have to scour the interwebs for complaints). It's there to identify the major issues of concern for the most people (hence the upvoting and closing of duplicate reports) in order to deliver a future fixes (either via a patch or for next year) that benefits the most pressing aspects for the most users. Though obviously related, it's an entirely separate process from customer service and is essentially the same that EA uses with it's game changers program.
