A mode similar to what the NBA 2k had in Create a legend where you could take a current NBA player and play out the rest of their career. I know there is player lock that we can use in franchise but what if I just want to play as the player and not worry about running the team since I don't play franchise that much.
You could call it Road to the Hall.
Really could have used it this year playing as Jeter and getting him one final ring.

More user friendly pitcher meters. Similar to 2k's classic meter

            1. Get the black out of the Mets uniforms. Let me choose the all white if I want.
            2. Retractable roof stadiums, at least option open/closed.
            3. Get Allen Craig and all the real players off the left field wall at Busch Stadium
            4. Rain delays/doubleheader
            5. Expansion mode/create a team/create stadium
            6. Relocation/build new stadium for current teams like Madden

              7. Move teams around in divisions, create 4 7 team divsions, or 2 14 team leagues for historical play.

Its to late of course to add this to the game unless they have a surprise just for me. I would be a lock to purchase the next game if they had an adjusted control scheme for controlling your batter and taking swings. I want to be more responsible for the mechanic of the hitter at the plate. So I want to be placed in more control of his swing, and that would increase the variety of experience could be had at the plate.

Right now, even at the highest levels, its only about timing your swing and that's it.

Re: MLB 15 The Show: What needs to change in order for you to purchase

I would like to pick day/night games in all modes. I can't hit in a lot of the parks during the day because I can't see the ball. Play in those same stadiums during night and I don't have any issues. Some times even night games suck like the blue screen right where an overhand pitcher releases the ball in safeco.

Truth be told I would also like a batters eye that can be turned on or off. Like a black square that can be put up behind the pitcher so I can see the ball.

I realize I am older and maybe everyone doesn't have that problem, but, I love the game and I quit playing every year because I get frustrated with not being able to pick up the ball.

I don't care so much about realism that I want to be blinded by the glare from the sun during day games. Hell give me a less realistic mode without that lighting.

I would never quit playing this game if I could see the ball!

I could care less who's on the cover since I'm getting the digital copy. Just make sure this year cut scene is smooth and not horrible like last year.....it seem to be running way below 30fps.

Good ideas for franchise mode. I've been waiting for that since getting Madden.

This. I'm surprised that Sony Computer Entertainment didn't yet confirm who is going to be on the cover for MLB 15: The Show.

Also, my top 20 for the cover has been updated after the 2014 post season to this:

                          1. Carlos Gomez (Milwaukee)
                          2. Jonathan Lucroy (Milwaukee)
                          3. Madison Bumgarner (San Francisco)
                          4. Buster Posey (San Francisco)
                          5. Lorenzo Cain (Kansas City)
                          6. Yasiel Puig (Los Angeles)
                          7. Clayton Kershaw (Los Angeles)
                          8. Zach Greinke (Los Angeles)
                          9. Miguel Cabrera (Detroit)
                          10. David Price (Detroit)
                          11. Justin Verlander (Detroit)
                          12. Max Scherzer (Detroit)
                          13. Corey Kluber (Cleveland)
                          14. Mike Trout (Anaheim)
                          15. Ryan Zimmerman (Washington)
                          16. Chris Davis (Baltimore)
                          17. Joe Mauer (Minnesota)
                          18. David Ortiz (Boston)
                          19. Dustin Pedroia (Boston)
                          20. Chris Sale (Chicago White Sox)

If neither of them (if there is a definite word on who will be on the cover) got on, I'd still buy MLB 15: The Show as long as the game does with this demand that I have here:

Franchise mode feature where you can be players, GMs or owners where you can relocate one of the 30 franchises or you can be Rob Manfred and allow expansion.

Since he was MVP in a big market city my guess would be Kershaw.

As far as what it will take for me to buy the game next year in manage mode there are too few runs and too many chased pitches relative to hits on chased pitches.

They need to fix that for me to buy the game next year.

Divisional realignment like they had in earlier versions. That would be epic.
