    Re: MLB 15: The Show Q & A Thread

Do player defensive attributes play more of a noticeable difference in the outcome of fielding results this year?.....Other than speed, I never really saw much of a relationship or correlation between fielder ratings range, fielding, reaction and the outcomes on the field in previous versions of the game

There really was no difference between a Shawn Dunston, Ryan Sandberg, Ozzie Smith, Jose Reyes, and a Daniel Murphy in the fielding results playing out in real time!!

    I hope this has improved

Also, Every ball hit to the outfield had outfielders jog to get to the balls....are there different variations now in outfield track downs of fly balls???

Any differences in the feel of Hitting?

-Am I imaginig things or is there no post game highlight reel anymore?
In '14 it didn't play automatically, but you roll it by going into the replay menu in the postgame. Is it not there anymore?

Anyone know how to turn on the baserunner windows? I have the only option I could find for this, under "Advanced" and windows set to "on", but they don't display in game.

        Thanks for any assistance.

I know the windows that show the runners on 1st and 3rd are still there before a pitch is thrown. But they did take out a different window.

There are no baserunner windows anymore. Just those dots

I didn't see it there. Just replay vault and movie maker.

Wow..That's too bad. The windows also gave the baserunning attributes of the guy on base. Do we now have to go to a stat screen to see those?

They still have the base running windows before the pitch so you can see the stats of your players if they are on 1st or 3rd.

So without timed hitting, does the directional hitting allow you to hit homeruns without having to hit up on left analog stick?Sorry I like the timed hitting of pressing a single button and let the rest play out. I certainly hope directional hitting can be used as a single button for results without having to use the left analog stick

If you don't move the left stick while using Directional hitting, it's the same thing as using Timing last year.

Can anyone with the game confirm if regression was toned down a bit from last year? Sucked last year when guys like Beltran would go down almost 18 overall points lower from season beginning to end

I'm not sure either. I don't plan to use it. As long as you can still use it like timing I'm set. If timing. Hitting was taken out, it would have been a game breaker for me.

Someone mentioned Beltran decreased from 79 to 73 at the end of the season.
