Alright so this is coming from a guy who plays baseball in college and all my life, am I the only one that is kind of upset that only Mizuno cleats are in this? I mean Mizuno bats and gloves are HUGE in the MLB let alone everything in between. Not to mention their batting gloves too. But am I really the only that feels this way?

I agree , For the first time I spent hours making Uni's , shaping up a roster and setting everything up, played a game and played mainly the same players I had and was boring to me I would rather have the stubbs for my RTTS dude

Exactly. I'd rather just sell every card and use the stubs in my RTTS. I know DD (and similar modes in other sports games) are popular and that's fine, it's just not my cup of tea. I stick strictly to Franchise and RTTS. So for me, I'd rather just sell off every card I get and get the stubs for them.

Not allowing me to sell certain cards, be it diamond level cards or certain players or whatever, just stupid in my opinion. I have no use for those cards, just let me sell them and be done with them and get the stubs to use elsewhere in the game modes I actually do play.

I'm with you guys on the cards. I don't see any use for them if you don't play DD, so I'm much rather sell them for stubs and for other people that do want them. I thought it was weird that I couldn't sell it.

Another question about these cards, so when you collect a whole team I know you unlock the legend for DD, but the screen also says something about XP bonus. Is that among all modes? Does that make you earn more stubs? If I earn more stubs among all mode because I collected a team, then I guess the cards have some value to me. XP doesn't matter, but stubs are always nice to use in RTTS.

Some of the cards have a icon that has a 'S' with a line through it. I assume these are the cards that cannot be sold. Why? I don't know

Any cards you received in the loyalty pack cannot be sold.

I've been wondering if a players potential changes, or does it just stay put at what's given to them?

They are dynamic you get notifications when they change.

That must be it. I know my Martin card was one of the first I got. Thanks for the answer.

I've always been curious if the elevation of Denver affected the gameplay of MLB The Show as it does in real life. Is it easier to hit HRs there in The Show like in real life? Just always wondered what went into the physics besides distance.

Yes there are ball park factors in the game.

Is anyone else having a problem where the game freezes on auto-save after a game? They only thing you can do to unfreeze it, at least that I can tell, is to force off my ps3, which in turn corrupts the whole save of whatever mode I was in. Thank god for PS Plus having cloud saves or I might have given up after losing my 3rd year starting pitcher in rtts and 5th year franchise. I dont know if this is just me but if you have a ps3 you might want to turn off auto-save just in case!

Thanks for the response. It's a bit relieving to know that it's the loyalty pack that will only cause this issue. I was worried there was going to be a bunch cards (top best of the best players, etc) that it would be impossible to sell.

So I turned auto-save off and it still freezes after a played game on the loading screen....This is in franchise, I have not tried to see if this happens in rtts also. Any help would be appreciated

• Does anyone know if there is player progression/training/regression in season mode?

• I see the CPU doing different slides to avoid the tag. I seem to do either the default head first or leg first slide. Is there a button combination to hit for alternate slides?

I'd also be happy to get an answer to this. I only started playing The Show last year upon buying a PS4 so still learning all the intricacies and various things I can do during gameplay.
